Roof repairs in Brighton and Hove, from one broken tile to a leak that has beaten two other roofers. Ring 01273 110448 or send the form and Michael comes out, finds the cause and gives you a free written quote.
Water rarely comes through the ceiling right under the hole. It gets in at a cracked tile, a split valley or a lifted flashing, runs along the felt and the timbers, and shows up a metre away. Patch the stain and you pay again at the next storm. We follow the water back to where it gets in, from the roof and from the loft, and show you what we found before we quote.
Most of our repairs are the everyday kind. Abdelmalek had one broken tile on his mother's roof. Mehmet had broken tiles and a roof full of moss. Zoe had blocked guttering and a small leak, and Terry had two big leaks and gutters that needed sorting. Every one was quoted at a fair price and done on the day agreed, which is what our Google reviews keep saying.
Brighton and Hove roofs take wind and rain straight off the sea. Ridges bedded in old mortar crack, verges loosen, lead creeps and slates slide off rusted nails. We carry tiles, slates, lead and dry fix kits on the van, so most repairs are finished in one visit.

Michael checks the roof and the loft and shows you where the water gets in.

Michael has 25 years and more in the trade. He fixes the cause, not the stain, and he prices a small repair as a small repair.
A few slipped or broken tiles start from about £150 to £350 with ladder access. Ridge re-bedding, valley repairs and lead work run higher, and anything needing scaffold carries that cost. You get a fixed written price before we start. Our roof repair cost guide has the full ranges.
No. There is no call-out charge for a repair quote and the survey is free.
Often, yes. Small repairs are done on the visit when we have the tiles on the van. Leaks with water coming in go to the front of the queue.
Yes. All our work is guaranteed, and the terms for your repair are written on your quote.
Yes, straight. If the repairs keep coming back and the felt has perished, a re-roof costs less over ten years, and we show you why with photos.
