Fascias are the boards along the bottom edge of the roof that carry the gutters. Soffits close the gap underneath. Timber ones rot, the paint peels, and once a fascia goes soft the gutter brackets pull out and the water runs down the wall instead.
We strip the old timber, check the rafter ends behind it, and fit new uPVC fascias, vented soffits and new guttering in one job. uPVC needs no painting and wipes clean. Repairs to a section of fascia or soffit start from £149, as Prime West have always priced them.
